Our Commitment

Rank First Technologies is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which took effect May 25, 2018. We have updated our policies and procedures to ensure we process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently for all users within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You can request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can ask us to delete your personal data under certain conditions.
Right to Portability: You can request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For our enterprise customers operating in the EU, we offer a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that governs the relationship between the customer (Data Controller) and Rank First Technologies (Data Processor). Our DPA includes the latest Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
